Immunohistochemical study is one of the modern methods disease diagnostics used in practical veterinary practice, as well scientific developments differential animal diseases tumour and non-tumour nature. Prenatal influence estrogens results reproductive system disorders an adult organism which accompanied by parallel growth steroid dependent cancers offspring: testicles ovaries. The aim was to perform immunohistochemical analysis Bcl-2 marker during prenatal exposure different doses synthetic estrogen analogue Sinestrol testes offspring white non-pedigreed laboratory mice. After fertilization, pregnant females were divided into 3 groups, intact two experimental groups. group unaffected (n = 10). first group, C-25 13), injected with drug form a 2 % oil solution at dose 25 g/kg. second 13) given preparation 40 mkg/kg.
